What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

<script>
  /**
   * Writes the current year to all elements that match the selector.
   */
  function setCurrentYear() {
    const YEAR_ELEMENTS_SELECTOR = '[fs-hacks-element="year"]';

    const yearElements = document.querySelectorAll(YEAR_ELEMENTS_SELECTOR);
    const currentYear = new Date().getFullYear().toString();

    yearElements.forEach((yearElement) => {
      yearElement.textContent = currentYear;
    });
  }

  document.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded', setCurrentYear);
</script>

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

ProcessOut’s Real Time Payment Alerting: React Faster to Payment Performance Drops!

ProcessOut Monitoring just has been updated with Alerting Capabilities.

What is Alerting?

Real-time monitoring for payment processing metrics:

  • Continuously monitors metrics with customizable monitors (filters, threshold, etc)
  • Automatically detects anomalies and threshold breaches
  • Delivers alerts (triggers and recovered notifications)

The core value of your payment orchestration with ProcessOut is avoiding single points of failure. Alerting supports this, while at the same time allows you to optimize and validate your routing and strategy.  This all to ensure optimal performance, prevent revenue loss and minimize service disruptions across your entire payment stack.

Full Control Over your Monitors

The system is now fully customizable to fit your specific operational needs:

  • Custom Monitor Management: You can now create, edit, and delete your own monitors directly, adjust their threshold, sensitivity, or notifications preferences to match your operational needs.
  • Advanced filtering: Apply granular filters (Gateway Name, Transaction Metadata, and more) to focus on specific segments.
